1. General Guidelines: This return policy applies to products purchased directly from Sik Selection whether in person or through our online platform. All returns and exchanges must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. In-Person Purchases (Final Sale): Products bought in person from Sik Selection are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in person, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.
3. Online Purchases: Products purchased online from Sik Selection can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels
intact. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of
manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.
4. Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for products purchased online from Sik Selection within 14 days from the delivery date. Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange request. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a
refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Refunds: Refunds for online purchases will be issued in the original form of payment. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: underwear, swimwear, and items marked as clearance or final sale. Returns or exchanges for products that have been altered, washed, or damaged by
the customer will not be accepted.
